Called Andrew at 14.55 re a slightly leaky boiler as worried, here by 15.10. Friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Found and discussed the problem and new boiler best option. Explained prices and will be using Andrew to install a new one. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Andrew!

We needed our back boiler removed from our new home and a full system upgrade. Andrew was recommended to us. The work has just been completed over 4 days and we are very happy. Andrew explained everything to us, from updates on how things were looking each day, to a full overview of the work done and how the system worked once completed. Absolutely all round great service from Andrew. Super pleased with our fabulous new designer radiator and he came back to fit a thermostat to it which he suggested. Wouldn't go anywhere else to have boiler services or any gas work done. Top bloke with a 5 star rating from us.

Andrew put a new boiler in for us and got rid of all the old pipes and made good. His work was very neat and his attention to detail was spot on, he was friendly and polite, and asking him silly questions wasn't a problem. Would highly recommend.

Our boiler had a catastrophic failure, Andrew dropped everything to replace and fit a replacement because he was worried about our young children being without heating and hot water. The price was very reasonable and he fitted it without fuss and even mopped the kitchen floor. Lovely guy too. Would highly recommend his company for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Andrew firstly serviced our boiler at our new house before we moved in which was done very efficiently and at a good price. We then asked him to fit a new shower and upgrade our thermostat which again was done very quickly and at a great price. We cannot recommend Andrew enough and will be using him for all our gas related work in the future.

Five stars doesn't begin to cut it. Andrew came out following a call due to our boiler flue being left in an unsafe position from our plasterers. He was so informative, kind and helpful and made our boiler safe.

Woke up one morning to no heating or hot water. Two other gas engineers and an electrician got me no further forward. Andrew visited me immediately on his return to work and identified the fault quickly, then finished the repair as soon as the part arrived. A great service from a great guy. 5 stars isn't praise enough.

Andrew came to ours to remove our very old and tired boiler system and update it for a new efficient combi boiler. His work was to a very high standard and within a couple of days we were all up and running. The install was very neat and tidy and he also fitted a new gas hob for me too. A very nice friendly gentleman who maintains a very professional approach.

Andrew solved a tricky issue with our hot water. He methodically went through the possible causes and narrowed the problem down to a faulty control panel. He sourced a new one, fitted it and we are now luxuriating in hot water. Responsive, punctual, courteous with a considerable depth of knowledge of his trade.

We found Andrew via a Baxi recommendation and are so glad we hired him for the installation of our new combi boiler. New pipe work was required from the gas meter and Andrew carried out this work very neatly. He cleaned away all the old equipment and left the site clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Andrew.

Had a need to disconnect a gas cooker in a hurry due to a very sensitive situation. Andrew arrived first thing with almost no notice, complete with a friendly smile. He tested the gas supply for leaks and, once he was aware of why the job was so important, refused to take payment for it. An absolute gent and clearly experienced too.

It's been great to return home from holiday to find such a beautifully installed combi-boiler after our 30 year old boiler was well past its best. I found Andrew via Google and gave him a call. What a very genuine guy — he told us exactly what we needed. We also asked for an old gas fire to be removed, old boiler removed and a few radiators, all done to a very high standard. We were kept updated whilst on holiday. We 100% recommend this company.

We were given Andrew's number by another engineer after being let down by a different emergency plumber on the bank holiday weekend. Andrew talked me through how to get hot water for that day, which worked, and they came out the next day as promised and fixed it promptly. Super nice and explained everything in detail. Would 100% recommend.

I have just had Andrew install a replacement heating system, removing night storage heaters and replacing with a gas boiler and radiators. The work was complex due to the peculiarities of the property. He delivered a quality installation which the Baxi technician commented was one of the neatest he's seen. Time keeping and cleanliness were both excellent.
